1. Introduction
By accessing and using furnitureplacekenya.co.ke ("the Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.
2. Products & Pricing
- All prices are displayed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are inclusive of VAT
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice
- Product images are for illustration purposes — minor variations in color, material, or dimensions may occur
3. Orders & Payment
- Orders are confirmed upon successful payment
- Payment on delivery is available for ready stock items only
- M-Pesa payments are processed securely via Intasend
- We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment is not received
4. Delivery
- Delivery within Nairobi: 2–5 business days
- Delivery outside Nairobi: 5–10 business days
- Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on location
- Available on Order items: 2–4 weeks lead time from order confirmation
5. Returns & Refunds
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging
- Contact us via WhatsApp or email to initiate a return
- Refunds are processed within 14 business days after we receive the returned item
- Delivery charges are non-refundable
6. Available on Order Items
- These items are custom-made or sourced upon order confirmation
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm your order
- Estimated lead time is 2–4 weeks from deposit payment
- Deposits are non-refundable once production has begun
- You will be notified when your item is ready for delivery
7. Limitation of Liability
Furniture Place Kenya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
