1. Introduction
By accessing and using furnitureplacekenya.co.ke ("the Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.
2. Products & Pricing
- All prices are displayed in Kenyan Shillings (KES)
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice
- Product images are for illustration purposes. Minor variations in color, material, or dimensions may occur.
3. Orders & Payment
- When you place an order, it is recorded as pending. Our team will contact you afterward to confirm your details and arrange payment and delivery.
- We plan to offer M-Pesa payments through Intasend in future. This is not yet available. We will update this page when it goes live.
- We reserve the right to cancel an order if payment arrangements cannot be confirmed.
4. Delivery
- We deliver countrywide across Kenya.
- Nairobi deliveries are handled directly by our team.
- Outside Nairobi: delivery is arranged via courier services including G4S, Wells Fargo, ENA Coach, Genesis, BPS, and Coast Bus. You may also suggest your preferred courier.
- Maximum delivery time: 4 days from date of order (applies countrywide).
- Courier cost outside Nairobi is covered by the customer. Delivery charges will be confirmed at the time of order.
- Available on Order items: 2-4 weeks lead time from order confirmation.
5. Returns & Refunds

6. Custom and Made-to-Order Items
- Some items are custom-made or sourced specifically for you once you place an order. These are marked as "Available on Order."
- For custom-made items, a 50% deposit is required to confirm your order. This will be arranged directly with our team when you place the order.
- Estimated lead time is 2-4 weeks from deposit confirmation.
- Deposits are non-refundable once production has begun.
- We will notify you when your item is ready for delivery.
7. Limitation of Liability
Furniture Place Kenya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
